Hey guys! Welcome back to blog 2 of my weight loss journey called "A Blissful Journey".
Earlier in Blog 1, I had written about How I started my journey. If you haven't read that, go read that first.
I have started my journey back in 2017, this is second blog of that.
Change Now, Before It's To Late.
One day I woke up and I have this strong desire to eat something sweet. But, I just realize that, there is something called "WILLPOWER"
Health Journal --(I'm gonna add some points related to health in b/w the blog)
WILLPOWER-- The ability to control yourself.
Willpower is like muscle. The more you Use it,the Stronger it gets.
However, did you ever notice that it's harder to resist that treat at night?
It's because we have limited willpower at that time.
Use your WILLPOWER wisely.
Then, every morning I started drinking Hot lemon water.(which didn't last longer at that time)
Now, I didn't fully convert to healthy lifestyle right away. I started little by little. So, I started drinking more water at school, which makes me more alert and helps me to decrease hunger cravings.
HUNGER CRAVINGS at school...
I was food monster in breaks and after school.
But, then I changed. I started taking tiffin with me.(which also didn't last much longer)
And, after school I was going to gym which.......
So, I take tiffin at school but still eat in canteen after having tiffin too.
And, with doing gym and taking tiffin.(In my parents eyes only). I didn't lose weight at all.
And, I started lying about my weight. At that time, we didn't have weighing scale at our place.
Let exercise be your stress Reliever, not food.
And then my birthday came, which means No Barriers...!
If I wrote all things, I had at my birthday, the blog will get finish with that only.
Then, I was at that position, where I didn't love myself anymore.My weight was at the same position and with No reward, I was losing my willpower.I started thinking that nothing's gonna change. I will be at same place always.
Health Journal-- Such Negative will have to be changed.
But, there's no easy way out. Nobody's gonna come into your life and force you to not to eat that cake, or go to gym.You have to push yourself.
So, you made a mistake today, that doesn't mean you quit, you get right back up and try again.
Then, I started hating working out. So, I used 5-second rule. I started counting 5,4,3,2,1 and get up.
Health Journal-- Your brain is wired to protect you from hard, new things which is why change is hard.
Try the 5-second rule.
If you have a impulse to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 second or your brain will kill the idea.
So, I again started working out and to eat "Home Food" only.
What happens next???
