Hey Guys..! Welcome to my weight loss journey called "A Blissful Journey". This is Blog - 4 of the series. If you haven't read previous one, then go first read that one.

Link to Blog 3

Blog - 3 was about my Manali trip and tips I used there to stay fit. After the trip, life went pretty smooth and nice. And Then Exams......!!!.

Let us rewind a bit...!

So, after coming from a trip everything was going good. Then, On New Year Sale...I went for shopping.

Honestly guys..! I have never struggled with SELF LOVE. Even in that moment when my previous size didn't fit me anymore. But, after that I started thinking negatively for my body. And It hurts because you know that You are the Reason for this. But No matter how Far you feel from who you want to be and How much you feel Messed Up. It's important to say things like I will Improve and I have the power to do so rather than saying I hate my body and I am never gonna look good in this dress.

Because If thought Corrupts language, language can also corrupt thoughts. I think we sometimes underestimate the power of the words we say out loud. Whatever you keep repeating to yourself you will begin to truly believe and it will become your reality someday(It's Law Of Attraction). The negative thoughts may not have appeared to affect you much in the beginning but everything counts and it will blow up on your face one day.

That feeling in dressing room felt like losing a friend for a while, MY BODY.

And then the DEAD WEEK...!

So, WHAT DEAD WEEK IS?

Dead week is slang term, which refers to a week before exams wherein students turn into zombies from the hard core studying. And witness very high level of and anxiety n stress. And dead week is a common issue with students who procrastinate their studies earlier. During dead week, I really tried watching what I ate. And, I had no time for Exercising. Because after that moment in dressing room, I really wanted to change my body.

So, the dead week was pretty busy with waking up at 6:00 am & then studying till 12:00 noon. So, I am a morning person and I feel much much Productive in mornings. With the sunset, my productivity levels starts falling down. After 12:00 noon, I had a break doing basic stuffs like bathing and all. Remember, it's easy to feel like there's not enough time but you need to make sure that you are just doing the basics - Staying Hydrated, Sleep, Skincare, Eat well, Exercising. Well! I didn't do well in exercising. After the break of 2-3 hrs., I again used to started studying till 8:00 pm.

I am not a Night owl. But, whenever I stayed up at night; I observed that night is much tempting time for me. I had a strong urge to eat at night. And, If you are waking up till late night for work and eat Junk at night by saying that It'll give you more energy for work. Then, my friend it's not gonna happen at all. Because eating junk especially sweets will gonna make you more tired and lethargic.

Sugar makes you more tired and it takes such a toll on your mental state. If  I could give one tip, it's to avoid sugar and eat healthy. In dead week, try to eat healthy and have other stress relievers. Being a student, I know in dead week you are feeling so tortured by studying all the time and want to have unhealthy food to relieve stress but it'll make you more tired. And, In the end you'll not be able to study properly.

That's all Folks!!

Why to Follow a ROUTINE ??

Change is something, I believe anyone can accomplish; if they are willing to do, what it takes in order to complete the change. Many people have the preconceived notion that you are who you are, and "WHO YOU ARE" has been determined since you were young. But I know that is not true.. Okay! I am not gonna tell that this is what I do in my daily routines. Or you can follow this kind of routine Or That you should wake up early, do workout in early morning. NOOOO...! I am gonna tell why there is need to follow/build a "ROUTINE". The routine you follow is something that makes you, YOU! Yeah, I know! Sticking to a routine is difficult. It always is. But, If you do what you always did, you will always get what you always got. Just like brushing your teeth in morning, adhering to routine allows us to foster habits that match our goals and aspirations. The beauty of designing a set routine is that is forces us to PRIORITIZE and decide what is important to us. It helps you to...
