How to deal with BLOATING?

 Hey Guys...! Today I'm going to talk about one of the most annoying condition that most of are suffering from "BLOATING"...!

Firstly, What is BLOAT?

So, when you guys are eating big meal and you tend to feel super full; that's when our stomach, which is right underneath our chest is getting filled up with food. Then, it moves down a little bit more into your small intestines and then for large intestines, eventually. That's where we tend to feel bloated. And, that's where we feel that food baby.

So, Why do we get BLOATED in the intestines?

While your food is being broken down and digested in your intestines, there is gas being produced. And, then the food also needs extra water to help push in through. So, that mixture of gas and extra liquid is what creates BLOAT.

So, these are somethings you could be doing to add extra air into your intestines and causing bloating-

  • Swallowing air through chewing gum
  • Eating too fast
  • Eating too much
  • Eating fatty foods
  • Eating foods that create gas
  • Constipation

But, what if you are not doing those things and still getting bloated?

Isn't that worse?

Well, sometimes there are healthy foods that make us bloated too. And, as you know every body is so DIFFERENT and reacts to food differently. But, here are some common healthy food that might make you feel bloated-
  • Cauliflower
  • Kale
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
Some Fruits like-
  • Apricots
  • Apples
  • Peaches
  • Pears
And also, Beans & lentils & Whole grains.

So, why in the world would a healthy food make you BLOAT?

Well, because it has lot of fiber, which is awesome. But what that means ? Actually, it is little bit harder to digest than other foods. Which means there might be little bit more gas production when the body is trying to break down the food.

So, How to know is it Belly fat or Bloat?

Here, is some quick question to ask yourself if it's bloat or belly fat.

Basically, it's probably Bloat unless you have noticed changes all over your body.

Now, how do you get rid of BLOAT?

So, the answer is start journalling. Start writing every meal you eat and how you feel after eating that meal. Notice the pattern and write about it. Find out which food made you feel Sluggish or lethargic and made you weighed down.

And again, it's going to be different for everybody. This is your individual journey and this is something you need to discover for yourself.

So, this will gonna take time. But, something you can do now is start eating slowly. So that you are swallowing less air as you are eating your food. You can also drink some warm beverages if you are feeling constipated.

So, that's all for BLOATING. If you have some more serious issues regarding Bloating, this is the time to consult your doctor.

Why to Follow a ROUTINE ??

Change is something, I believe anyone can accomplish; if they are willing to do, what it takes in order to complete the change. Many people have the preconceived notion that you are who you are, and "WHO YOU ARE" has been determined since you were young. But I know that is not true.. Okay!
