Why to Follow a ROUTINE ??

Change is something, I believe anyone can accomplish; if they are willing to do, what it takes in order to complete the change.

Many people have the preconceived notion that you are who you are, and "WHO YOU ARE" has been determined since you were young.

But I know that is not true..

Okay! I am not gonna tell that this is what I do in my daily routines. Or you can follow this kind of routine Or That you should wake up early, do workout in early morning. NOOOO...!

I am gonna tell why there is need to follow/build a "ROUTINE".

The routine you follow is something that makes you, YOU!

Yeah, I know! Sticking to a routine is difficult. It always is. But, If you do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.

Just like brushing your teeth in morning, adhering to routine allows us to foster habits that match our goals and aspirations.

The beauty of designing a set routine is that is forces us to PRIORITIZE and decide what is important to us. It helps you to build a tight circle.

When we brush our teeth in the morning, it does not require a lot of determination or willpower because most of us have made it a daily ritual. We hardly think about having to brush our teeth; we simply do it. The same holds true for other tasks when we follow a routine. It simply becomes, well "Routine"!

An abundance of willpower and discipline is one of the chief attributes of all those with strong characters and wonderful lives.

Having a daily routine can help to reduce our stress levels. Trying to remember things can be really stressful and can fill our brains up with everything on our 'to-do' list; which can be incredibly overwhelming. When we have a routine, a lot of things we do day-to-day slot in, and we don't have to think about it anymore.

Earlier, I didn't followed a routine. I found it difficult to be time bound. I used to say that everyone is different. I can't follow a routine.

But in my Board class; I tried to be time bound. To follow a particular routine for my studies.

I wasn't able to follow routine religiously. However, that doesn't mean it's a failure.

Failure doesn't happen until the moment you decide to give up.

You are always in Progress. Whatever journey it is. Whether it's for your career, weight loss or being healthy.

It's all about celebrating the moment. Enjoying the process. One should build a routine, which one enjoys.

In my board class, I enjoyed being in a particular routine. And I stopped stressing out about the pending work I need to get done with.( I stopped feeling ki yeh bhi pda hai, woh bhi pda hai).

There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Just don't give up.

If you have followed 60% of routine. Then, you are in "First Division" already. And, if you get to 80%. Congratulations, you are in "Merit".

Generally, People don't follow a routine because, for instance, they missed 2 days of week. And now, they will just think about those 2 days only. But, 5 more days are left to week. Keep one day a week to cover up the remaining. One couldn't achieve everything one desired. But, Be Patient and Practical.

Don't Underestimate yourself. Get up again and say it loud that you'll gonna follow the routine for rest of days. And, BE HAPPY FOR THE PROGRESS.

You'll Never Change Your Life Until You Change Something You Do Daily. The Secret Of Success Is Found In Your Daily Habits.

On this World Mental Health Day, (10 oct'2020) get yourself free from the daily stress by Building a Routine. Also, with ongoing pandemic we all are stressed out. We all are not being productive in homes which ultimately is giving more stress with the end of day. To overcome the stress, START PLANNING.
